I have problems when compressing a movie and when authoring a PAL DVD and is not responding gefunden.hoffe you can help:

I assume strongly suspect that the problem is somewhere around the conversion happens in Quicktime. Why Quicktime?
On a DVD is Mpeg2.
The best you render directly from the timeline, a DVD compliant Mpeg2, and you're all going concerns.
