Hi All,
(Details in advance: Editing software: Avid Xpress Studio, 2 to Procoder encoding, DVD Studio Pro to the authors)
I am somewhat perplexed at the following problem:
For a project I have mixed Beta SP (upper field first) and DV material (lower field first). If I then project as QT Reference export and by upper field first source as set by the sending Procoder I have after authoring the DVD on a typical jerk televisions come when the fields are misrepresented. With the settings in the film of the beta camera, everything is OK.
So how do I get out a stream that is displayed on the televisions come always right?
If I change the source setting when Procoder to lower field first, will most likely behave the other way round whole. The DV material will be OK but not the Beta SP.
.... I'm at a loss .... and hope for some good tips!

Hello Peter,
Field order to mix - is expressed positively - not optimal. Which option (s) did you change the field sequence s.dieser place of the post production?
New capture (possibly with appropriate video card, which can change the field sequence)?
Replace or
subsequent to the field sequence eg using VirtualDub (depending on the material does not always clean out)?
