Infoseite // DV editing which flat screen?

Frage von KennyCam:

Hello,

I am about to purchase a flat zoller 22-24.
because that offer is huge, yes, I would have liked a few times to get tips
with respect videobearbeitung and monitor.
there really is a benchmark for flat screens? (; synonymous tv so it looks good on a monitor)
a control monitor (; tube) would be ideal, but for that I lack the wherewithal.

've made the recommended settings and noted
that in the reproduction of video material was not satisfactory.
maybe a 24 "monitor too big or the resolution of the monitors. (; 1900x1200)? I played a dvd s.with a feature film, as there is no way synonymous tolles bild. pixelated on fast moving scenes were shown some areas. when the quietly been building it became normal again.
is in my computer has a ASUS EAH3650 HTDI (; retail, 2x dvi) card installed.

Pff .... This is a wide, wide field, and this could be a long, long thread ...

First of all, most video displays on a regular basis looks modest. In essence, because it is scaled up for full-format display in real time, and then work out because image sharpness and contrast of such displays errors, scaling and encoding artifacts much clearer.

Basically, you'd have to dich erstmal decide what you actually produce music.

And too much emphasis on quality so you have not placed any case, if you only ask for a monitor with special qualities and then a video AOC buy ...

well, I start all over at different times. ;-)

Since a week I'm finished with a weiterbildung s.der daa-medienakademie. (; camera, cut, montage, etc.)
My thesis was a trailer for a film. (; I'll still finish)
at school we had 22 "monitors of lg was. but did not hit.
to house, I work until now s.einem tubes sony 17 ". good picture, but too small to cut programs. even though the trailer was built to house the largest part. naja no preference. manufactures certainly had something bigger. because the workflow is even better if you space and glance at the "gape" have.

I then returned to the aoc. just wanted to try it at all to have one comparatively. in one of the usual variety-you get so synonymous not the right business infos.
But there are certainly enough of their films with a TFT-monitor people considered synonymous or look at their work on such a section.

I thought that would be here a few recommendations: - /

to what I produce. It was put to me of the jury to the heart, s.meinem theme (stay tuned to; portrait-film), because it would be watching TV for that. it is all in hdv rotated and, unfortunately, synonymous with various cameras. there is farbkorrektur announced with a corresponding monitor.

It forces you, no one will work exclusively s.einem TFT. But you should have to differentiate between the presentation of the work surface, and the preview. For various reasons, I believe it is not at so wrong, either a tube TV or a 17 "carry / 19" CRT as a second monitor to preview - not least synonymous because such a CRT, in contrast to the native panel displays timing of all common video formats dominates and one can thus avoid usIrritationen at Ruckelproblemen.

For analytical look at the precision of the TFTs other hand, is synonymous not a mistake, they are the usual compression artifacts just from today very clearly.
You will not find a TFT, which they are satisfied your needs - in principle TFTs stop too well. You should, if necessary still dealing with gamma control and color calibration. A TFT monitor is no nunmal Television.
