Can I use a normal DV Cassette DV material in Premiere Pro 2 and then transferred (that is the question 2, how?) On the hard drive to save on demand, without any losses on the tape, to watch TV via DVI

Nope, if you want the tape recordings, then it is up to the plate as unkomprimerte File. The you can directly in Media Player (or where ever synonymous) Full Screen Play
The entire via DVI and the TV and is good.
Premiere directly you need not just to restore. But there are plenty of other synonymous Programs. Even the Windows Movie Maker, you can restore the DV-AVI.

Perhaps another question. How can I produce, edit HDV film without losses built on my Blu-Ray burner bring? Even just the burner as a location? Sorry am just a simple holiday filmmakers and users.

For Download Only, you can burn the supplied program, like Nero or 66018 hernehmen, and otherwise (than film) synonymous supplied the producers or any other suitable program.

Well if you a BluRay burner was already there, I look strongly believe that as synonymous nor a burning program was.
But like the previous speaker said, Nero can do that .. But now more and more burning programs.
As the then Qualiaet with the looks you need to try it. The whole thing is still too fresh as you here because everyone experiences & tips could.
