have a pretty big problem ... in just over a month we have our new premiere snowboard film and my pc gives me unexpected difficulties since yesterday .... after this project before we switch to apple wanted to offer this course now, immediately. Now to my question:
I can dv material that is copied at the moment to an external HD without problems on the mac to edit? I ask because I already once files. avi, one of which was burned to cd mac, the pc could not open! use (at the moment still) Premiere 6.5.

Whether you edit Microsoft DV AVI s.Mac can? Try it. I know only that the detour as batch export with Quicktime works.

I work s.mac, and after my experience there is really only from the mac to win problems, synonymous when it arrives as a dv-pal-file on windows.
There is the other way with avi's auf'm mac only problems that are used little if any compression codec's. if the. as a dv-avi pal (100%, rausrendert 48 kHz), it should run perfectly s.mac.
