When I SonyDCR-TRV33E I get the cartridge is no longer out. It is nice to me once on the floor and fallen since, I have the problem :-( I get the cassette compartment is quite normal to happen but then no more.
Ungefair What does it cost to repair? Can someone next to me help?

A cost estimate from the service could clarify your question.

The problem I had on several occasions. Until now, the following worked:
Great Battery fully charged off
Tray open with and the Camera Lens to the top hold.
Now a few blows with the palm on the Battery.
Most was the problem s.der cassette, not s.der Camera.

This will bring nothing. Go to service immediately or send them there.
The others just fiddle around and cost money.
I have today a TRV9 with the same error dpm brought in food.
