Infoseite // DV to DVD is no longer liquid

Frage von DVguy:

Times have here a very simple but probably synonymous a meaningful question. Why do I get my own shots with beautiful liquid DV ProCoder2 not as smooth as the original recordings to DVD. You always have the feeling that the photographs are missing a few frames, even though the frame rate always remains the same. When the original DVDs from the store, the picture is more noticeable than with my self-produced liquid. Does jemmand this phenomenon and how you can avoid this? You always notice the difference between the DV and the subsequent DVD. The ultimately purchased LIVE DVD of my favorite group is distinguished not of the quality of a DV file.
Thanks in advance

What settings (encoder / export) have you chosen? What 's from, for example, with the field order?
Greetings,

Hello
yes I already tried several decoders and always I have the feeling to have a 35mm film recording the with the Blureffekt. Prior synonymous times already tried other codecs such as Cinema Craft And yet it is not as smooth as the original recording. What has this Halbbilderreihenfolge about?
thanks

Hello "DVguy"

PAL video runs with 25 frames per second. As this refresh rate on a tube TV but strong fibrillation would be the (full) images, each in two fields (even broken / odd scan lines) and displayed in sequence. This is called interlaced scanning () Sheet interlace.

The fields must logically be displayed in the correct order so that the movement is cleanly reproduced. Otherwise, there will be artifacts with jerky movements.

As you describe the look of your video images (35mm film recording Blureffekt ... ... not as smooth as the original recording), I tend to feel that you make a progressive frame rate (25p) from the interlaced video (50i) have. Some adjustment may be poised to merge to "fields" or something similar?

More Interlaced:
