well, I was formerly in the area of öffteren munich and used there on a Gericom s.notebook tv tuner (analog / digital), which to me in munich 26-28 tv programs delivered (depending on location), now synonymous in Austria after the changeover of analog to digital in the home, but not here synonymous sender to receive.

rudi So the broadcast standard is the same as Germany:
Pal and 25Bilder/Sekunde.
Your problem is another, there are different frequency bands for digital cable. This spectrum agrees synonymous but each service provider (zBKabel Germany / Kabel BW, etc.) differently, because next to DVB-C for a spectrum frequency synonymous telephony (Voice over IP is not) but as a kind of ISDN in the cable, plus then the Breitabandanschluss.
There is therefore of the respective service providers certified extra D-boxes and guarantee synonymous only with those boxes, the entire program.
That the Terratec card is not receiving all the channels but I wonder something so my TechnoTrend does, which is synonymous but the Terratec dopplete the cost and add a hardware encoder.
Quite simply your card and D-box do not support all frequency bands, so you do not get all the channels.
