Has anyone of you know how it comes to the rights of the DVD-Video logo stands. So I know it is a protected logo. But under what circumstances should it for a DVD production use?
Has someone more detailed information and sources? Unfortunately, so far have found nothing real ...

Hi Jonny,
the typical logo what you probably think only of firms which are members of the DVD Forum.
Give a look at wikipedia, the keywords "DVD" and "DVD Forum", which is as much about the different formats and logos.
I have just a logo with the words DVD Video gebastelt why do you want a protected logo?

Yes, I had synonymous me create my own logo. If you look around, what such a license costs (several thousands of $), penalties may be synonymous not just low.
