Find GEMA rate yourself as you are referring to? From the location, the price sounds to me like "public demonstration". The price for the DVD (copies) of production is from the pad. In addition, any public performance would later be declared and paid.

So I get it so far that I'm on the safest Page, if I run across Gema-free Music using (at least, as I do now to the Project).
Yet again the question. When we're at an event, the organizer can be run in the background, his music and we moderate our actions in the ring. Then is his own moderation and doing in the foreground, the music is a minor point but it's just there. If we are to be synonymous already in hot water? That would concern then yes acuh the live applause, which one should not use, because hintergündig the original music could be perceived.
What about parades? Bands play their music on the train, which gives nunmal the atmosphere. All this does indeed nachzuvertonen then somehow artificially ...
