Infoseite // DVD not copyable, CRC error - Alternative data / data recovery?

Hello,

I have a stupid problem with a DVD:
When recording with Panasonic VDR-D220, there was an error.
But I can do anything that I've recorded, and played on the camera view.

When I see the DVD but as usual in the PC and put them on hard drive to copy, it says: Can not be copied, CRC error (tried several PCs).

I tried the data via USB to copy over, but stops synonymous, although all the movies can be played.

Is there an alternative way, the data on the PC to get?

I'm thankful for every tip!

What a DVD? DVD-R,-RW,-RAM? And the standard question, if there is a-R: Disc finalized?
