What exactly is read-only? Folder? File? Yes you can cancel this out with Mausrechstklick-> Properties-> below in the "Attributes" erstmal - should not it work, it is s.einem active process: Complete this before in task manager or restart the computer before in safe mode (F8 just after the boot) and then try it again with the synonymous Deinstallation.Du precaution should see the device hardware is uninstalled in Device Manager then uninstall the mouse right under "Imaging devices".
