which update could help?

Since the 2008 version I have, it is not quite so simple.
But times considered whether you have a software with a virtual DVD-LW
installed (burning programs have something sometimes synonymous).
Ggbf. it is this. Other times in Safe Mode try.

Hi Sandra,
you have the latest patches? Per online update should proceed. To my knowledge, the 2007 needs a patch in order to work with Vista and such a "Vista-compatible patch exists synonymous.
If your version number is 6.5.4.0, the patch is already Requirements. If you have a lower number you should have this up.
