Hi folks,

I'm new here in the forum and synonymous very "new" what video editing is concerned.
I am currently in the process of a video diary of the pregnancy of my wife to make. That works very well with images and scenes from synonymous DVD's I have already successfully rausgeschnitten.
When I became a video of the JVC to the computer wants to play, stops all 3-10 seconds, the recording and I must always return to "continue" button.
In the description of Ulead Video Studio 11 says:
NOTE: Video Studio auto detects your file and performs seamless recordings in only with FAT32 file system partition ".

Should this mean I have my calculator and put the new disk format FAT32?
Or is there another program which is the whole tape can seamlessly.
I have Adobe Premiere, but this is my calculator too weak (1.86 GHz and 1GB RAM)
I would just record the whole tape and then cut s.PC. Is that with my program or should I buy another?

I am only now come the tips of you to try and check the info on. So ...

With WinDV While recording, I can, but I submit this program to many small files. Exactly s.den score s.dem the UleadVS the tape always stops.
The strange is that some files are 4MB in size only 400kb and others, etc.

I have WinXP with SP2
The cam is connected via FireWire and is in the Device Manager display correctly.

Hmmm ... Good question ;-)

Since you can not really adjust. Since there is only a tick "to the archive record."

And then there are features in the video options. There's HQ PAL DVD set.

That could be an indication that the data already camcorderseitig not correct. Did you try other times s.einem Calculator trying to capture? And / or with another player? Other recordings are synonymous (perhaps with another camcorder were) affected?

Yes, thank you for the tip. I will try. Other Cam Calculator and others.
Apparently this is not standard issue.
