there is (quality) differences, while capturing in various programs? if I use my tapes as in Final Cut Pro or PP2 or what ever capture synonymous?

Hello,
as long as you when capturing DV-AVI and choose no other compression format, there should be no differences. I have seen between Movie Maker, Premiere and WinDV synonymous differences have not yet noticed.

synonymous times I would be interested in how / whether the
dv different codecs can be distinguished:
microsoft dv / quicktime dv / Canopus DV ...
when there is no difference there would have conversions
between the lossless codecs are made
(important for exchange of mov in avi welten)
