I would like of a VCR (SCART output) dub VHS tapes to your computer with a reasonable quality.
And I would add some synonymous cable television.
Should I take a TV card or even better a video grabber.
Price limit would be about 50 ¬, which I take in used hardware would be synonymous, since I will not ever need it.
If I have a TV card should I take a guess with or without hardware encoder.
But I have only PCI slots in the PC freely and only USB Connections.
Achso my goal would be to Berbeitung (cutting etc) the format for ne mpeg2 DVD.
