Hello.
Have searched but found nothing.
Following problem: have an analog NTSC composite signal is available and wants the most cost-effective than DV-NTSC in the Calculator digitizer .. Cheap capture cards usually only encode MPEG1, -2 or -4, but not IR. Toll would be used (broken) NTSC camera with video - as in A / D converter. The available but not in Europe and I wanted to avoid it again 40 EUR shipping + Inch + taxes for a U.S. import to pay. Maybe someone knows an alternative ..?
