Infoseite // Dimmer for Arri Junior lamps

Hi,

would like to shoot various Arri Junior (150, 650, 1000 Watt) operate with dimmers. About possible changes to the color temperature I am aware.
Do I have otherwise as bezgl flicker or worse (voltage (Swandle) on / in the lamp itself) anything to look or can I simply plug in between ¬ 9.95 Konrad dimmer?

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the answer, but what does that mean? That a favorable 0815-lamp dimmer does not work? Due to the high voltage lamps, because of wrong voltage? What requirements must have the dimmer?

Electricians have clearly manageable idea. Maybe you can help me or anyone else a little more detail?

The dimmer is shown above the "official" solution. Will recommend you to everyone. Me too.

If you have decent lights (as Arri) have, I would therefore systematically synonymous relied on ordinary accessories.

If you'd buy 500 NEN Benz. yes you do not synonymous on it for cost reasons, the rims of precious old Golf. ;-)

Do you know if this man with dimmer of stairville synonymous Kinoflo 4ft can dim 4banks?

The dimmer must be at least the connected lamp power can cope with. Cheap electric power or dimmer for the living area are usually only up to 300 watt load.

I also recommend the above linked ns2002 (or his brother for purely resistive loads ns2003). good quality, have existed for decades.

Fluorescent tubes as KinoFlo can with such a (phase control) dimmers NOT be dimmed. Phase control dimmer for incandescent own safety.

For dimming of fluorescent tubes special electronic ballasts are required. This is a completely different technology.
