Hi, I installed SonyHandycam DCR-HC17E via Firewire cable s.meinem notebook and just want to watch only the movie in real time, and indeed in the full screen (ie, full-size) with good sound. My current software only allows playback in tiny size with a lean sound ... what I need (what software or hardware) to achieve a simple real-time playback in full size. Asking for confirmation

Hello,
capture the material on your hard drive with as Movie Maker.
And give the material eg in Windows Media Player again, here you can set the screen mode.
