Frage von manolito:
Hi!
I have been working recently with APP and asks whether there is a possibility of importing a Dolby Digital 5.1 track??
Possibly an AVI or MPEG file with ac3 track or separately as AC3 or WAV file??
I hope I can help someone!
 Many many thanks .... schonma

 Antwort von MiXMaster:

is not supported!
 Antwort von manolito:

Unfortunately, the answer is probably wrong!
I still gegoogled and managed to import a 6-channel WAV (5.1) in APP!
import after all 6 tracks are now listed as separate mono tracks! how can I trace this for now merging into a 5.1??
I hope that someone can help me??
 Perhaps I lack a certain ac3 codec?
 HILFEEEE !!!!!!!!!!!
 Many thanks in advance.

 Antwort von MiXMaster:

if so, you still need the individual tracks to award only the relevant channels and loudspeakers!

Synonymous interests me very much! How did you do that? Do you write a small workshop? Where did you get the 6-channel file and how you have it imported?

Thank s.Jörg has excavated this great link!

I have read the MPEG2 file with VirtualDubMod and then under Streams / Stream list and clicked the button WAV is already a 6-channel WAV file from the MPEG2 audio stream created.
If you feel this will importierst with APP appear in a new folder 6 WAV files, which you can then assign different mono tracks and then a 5.1 or 5.1 Submixspur master track.
 I hope this helps next!
