Someone knows exactly what it is? And so what if I can do?

... "a short-head HI Fixiergriff" ... Who exactly what it is? .. At first glance, I would tap that is a short lever clamp to affix any Manfrotto video ball heads s.529B Hi-Hat ;-)
... so what if I can do ... This part replaces the normal to a Nivellierhalbkugel's long handle, because when you use a "Hi-Hat" (= baby tripod, very low) the space between the tripod head and the ground is too short for the series handle. If that is what you are looking for: great. A Nivellierhalbkugel you need further course.
