Hello,
I thought I do this on a new theme, maybe others have the same problem yes.
After I failed s.den USB plug, I have decided a DV cable to buy and so the camcorder (panasonic nv-gs400eg) s.den pc (Windows XP Home Edition, no service pack2!) adapter.
I said so. the pc at this time, while recognizing that it is a panasonic camera, the name will be displayed correctly. uch but that's it. in the hardware installation wizard, only the reporting software not found (synonymous if the cd drive is).
in the device manager the camera is synonymous with a yellow "!" displayed.

Service Pack2, I would make up quite quickly. Maybe your problem is already solved so synonymous Because I would not be so sure! Often it is just the SP2 is the cause of problems with firewire.

For my part, I know the SP2 problems only as rumor. All Calculator, which I'm the firewire interface exploited've had SP2 on it and there was no trace of a problem. And the calculator by omitting of SP2 on the safety status of a few years behind, I think more than negligence.

On any of my calculator is running WinXP SP2 and only one of which has an Internet connection. It is then protected in some other way (I leave the protection of my computer but not mini soft, I want but can sleep peacefully at night). ;-)

but no preference. will mich mal drum care service pack 2 to get. perhaps it is indeed so. the hope dies last.

was now to the absolutely stupid idea ieee netzweradapter from the device manager to delete appears on the restart then yes again, because of exactly the same problem, since name is only in the installation wizard again the message hardware can not be installed because the software can not be found. I could really sucks people, but what should scrap? I have no real desire my disk again to reinstall, but the ne ... always working Heiden I hate it.
buy no Medion pc, this is really wrong.

Connect the camcorder s.einen times to other calculator (with the same and other cable). Then join with another camcorder times (of friends, acquaintances ,...) s.Deinen computer (with the same and other cable).
I'm curious to see where it hooks!
