Hello Forum, I am s.Verzweifeln at a simple task. I want to punch in a video image of a "hole", by then a second video is played. I've done this hundreds of times. Now it's suddenly stopped and I could not be more out war. I almost feel like my installation is faulty. Have already invested hours - now I'm screaming for help. Can anyone offer me support, who knows well with alpha masks in Edius? Happy to pay. Contact via forum or info (; at) newsart.de.

Hi, although already Edius 6 but it should go like in 5.5:
There are 3 video tracks in the Project
top: Video in the alpha mask to the Keyer Track Matte "pull
including: Picture with the alpha mask (eg black & white title graphic, or any other gray-scale picture)
including: the video, which is keyed in
You can also work with rectangular keying with PiP keyer.

Thanks for your reply. In Edius 5.5. is not yet on the timeline. The problem is that the punch can be solo in Edius is not create, but only applied in combination with or render a video. I've already found a workaround. Thank you!
