Edius 5.5 Project settings for mov. Files from Canon G12
Frage von tebi: Februar 2011
Dear User,
Canon G12 makes quite respectable HD recordings. Unfortunately I have not figured out what I need to make project settings in Edius 5.5 for these files in order to achieve no loss of quality.
Previous attempts to export in different format led to a much more blurred picture.
The. Mov files are included of the G12 with 23 frames / sec. Export settings in 23 frames are not found in Edius?
Thank you for your efforts,
Antwort von Jasper:
The Canon page is not of 23Frames/sec. But of 24fps and 30fps (for lower resolutions).
Antwort von tebi:
When I go to file properties are given 23 fps.
Suppose there are 24 fps, with what project settings I get the best quality and prevent the picture is much fuzzier after the export?

The first question is: In what format and what settings you export to date at all?
Probably it will be 23.98fps ...
So you create a project in HD 1280 x 720p at 23.98 fps ... and when you take the export settings. It is crucial, however, in which codec you want to export at all, etc. .. it depends fundamentally on the quality.

Thanks for the info!
For me it yet, with which codec I export to achieve the most optimal and lossless export?
Exports to Quicktime as synonymous in AVCHD each has brought a blurred picture.

Will soon arrive next not really! Since you already have to be more specific! I have only exported to Quick Time and in AVCHD just is not enough! Quicktime can be, for example *. mov or *. mp4 synonymous. Then various Resolutions and And. .. At the same AVCHD.
You can sometimes synonymous adjust the properties of these clips here. At best you use to determine the properties of the tool Media Info.
