Hi!
I would like to scan an image to simulate how a light beam (white / green), a stop Image of top-down scans.
I would be synonymous a scene from a sci-fi movie, but I is currently no title, in which a large inclusion of a scan is used.
Has anyone one of the two points, perhaps something to say ;-)?

unfortunately "only" pinnacle 9 and a few smaller stories like vdub, so nix with premiere and / or AE.
but perhaps there is another external solution or NEN clip that I could use ...
