I have a question about the effects in Premiere CS3. I would like to create a few effects (eg fade-in with fuzziness combined), which I then for upcoming projects always want to use.
How to create my own memory effects in Premiere CS3?

Would be advantageous if you get a project's effects on, with a few test clips and a drin Effects timeline, where you all times s.den Effects clips einbaust. This project's then you can, so to speak, as effects of template into each new project and import it from the Effects timeline by copy and paste attribute the effects take over.
