I have recorded a video of a game with the help of FRAPS and now wants to include in this video a Effect. It will be a case of a block of text with animated background to be displayed, if possible even synonymous. One of you know a program that is able to do so?

With all the editing programs you can add text to a video that many have since been synonymous animation presets.
