I created various 3D with Blender video. The background is one color: blue

If so I have imported the video in AE, how can I make transparent the background of the video?

Hello Johnny,

Although'm newbie in Blender, but in the render settings (F10), under the Format button RGBA (turn off A = alpha), in the Render Menu button EnvMap, that's it. The images are now rendered without a background, whether they go with the video I have not yet tried. I hope that helps
