Hello,
I have with Encore CS4 following problem: I have created a menu with buttons (in Photoshop) and runs behind it (a movie. avi, created with After Effects). The video lasts 12s, but the menu starts already after 3-4s of the front.
When the menu Vorschaurendern synonymous s.and to connect to problems. Either comes "next file already exists" or he renders s.einem particular frame anymore.
I deleted the media cache synonymous and the Project have been fully rebuilt, but it did not help everything is nothing.
Can someone help me?

Do you have a separate audio file "behind" the menu, which is only 4 seconds long? Then Encore takes over the rendering length for the complete menu from the length of the audio file.
For your other problem I have no solution synonymous. As I have expressed myself to Slashcam many times, I think Encore as the lousy and careless development program from the Adobe Creative Suite! Continuously bucks and it denied the service or produces bad mistakes as declared (in the style: "Oops, isn mistakes happen ... I rise times over!"). Partial tearing the hair, the part! And of version to version is s.diesen Grundnervigkeiten improve anything ... - As we have said, Adobe Encore does finally finished and bring it to the level of Photoshop and After Effects, before you again ne new (to raushaut otherwise hardly distinctive of the previous version) version! On the audio track, it is unfortunately not. I linked the audio track with the same video and it tasted quite synonymous with no audio track.
