I would like to create a with DVD encore, my problem is that the avi files I like to insert the wrong resolution would have (640x480).
how can I get the files into an encore nutbare for resolution without the Quallität this is considered too much affected?

The resolution
must (PAL) 720x576 amount. This is the DVD standard around you do not come around.
On einfaachsten will be to load your footage into an editing program to scale and corresponding to export. What Programs are available for you?

ok, in Premiere, you set the project settings as normal to PAL. Then you import your video, resize it to full screen and give it out again.
To scale the video simply click and drag in the preview monitor size or on the Effect Control.
