I have someone who is of me that is the exclusive right of use exclusive s.einer production would like to acquire.
However, I wonder how this exclusive right of use apply.
If the buyer the right to use factory supplied s.dem (as a whole) or includes the exclusive right to use every single scene in the work occur?
I would like to single shots in the production to be sold otherwise occur synonymous use.

You should only have the exclusive right to use this cut version s.der and awarded the rights s.Rohmaterial when you reserve.

Usage = s.Werk as such only work as a whole may be used. Individual scenes "expand" and - perhaps even in a new context - re-use, requires the consent of the author, because the copyright is infringed. Only the author can determine what happens with his work. It can therefore synonymous partially or disfiguring use of his work prohibited.
