I bought a year ago, a camera Canon XHA 1s and just after the warranty period is of the view finder is broken and must be replaced. I've done nothing wrong and it happened suddenly while I was filming.
I must confess that I'm pretty disappointed to have to give such a short time the TV repaired. (The repair would be synonymous not cheap.) I wonder if this camera is really that good and if I expect in future more such surprises.
Does anyone have that experience? Would appreciate an answer.

do not think that because you have to have fear, the camera is in my opinion very good and not at all "vulnerable" for repairs.
But I would have been trying to achieve through the gesture of goodwill something that relates to the viewfinder's history.
