Export of single images from Adobe Premiere Pro CS

Hi, does anybody know how to export a sequence (in part or whole) from Premiere Pro CS5 in frames around the pictures as then edit them in Photoshop and then can import them into Premiere Pro?

: Try to export as a filmstrip file (*. flm) - went at least to Premiere CS3 and Photoshop CS4.

Unfortunately, I do not export as a filmstrip file have yet found for the single sequence. Please, where is / are the export opportunities hidden? Thanks and regards umbrelloni

Thanks got it now found synonymous. As I come of Avid Liquid, where everything is very clear and quite simple, the switch to Premiere is very expensive.
