I have two 3 CCD cameras. Can I use a tape drive, a simple DV camera, or do I need to use a tape drive, a 3 CCD camera?

yes, it is. The drive has no impact on the tape-recorded picture quality. It only has the task of ones and zeros play. For an intact drive are not problems to be expected. Note however, that long play recordings with other drives often are not compatible. You should be synonymous of camera play, with which they were admitted.

Could the tape drive is a "simple" to use Camera. The drive writes only 1EN and 0EN onto tape. Since it does not matter whether the front of a CMOS, 3CCD or 1xCCD work.
