PAN can not "rules" but only "switch".
As such, it is not a "mixer" but a "switch";)
My first impression: For simple productions and possibly small camcorder fits - for professionals rather nothing ...

The smallest Sound Devices (for me reference) mixer with two channels to the 780 currently costs ¬.
Tip:
The best you can advise you in the store - there you can usually synonymous test extensively.
