Hi All,
Although my problem did not deal directly with camcorders, but it is now time for the digital DV editing.
I have taken with a TV card (Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-S), the opening match of the World Cup ;-).
The raw material is returned to me in the true 16:9 format, but in the processing of APP, it is easy to me, rolled, and displayed as 4:3.
Even after decoding (after Mpeg2) remains to me the zusammengequestsche Picture preserved.
What can I do?

you create a 16:9 project and the importierst rohmaterial. If it's still "upset" look - Select clip Select interpret right-click "footage" then 16:9 PAL DV.
