Aaaalso - my editing program offers me the following output formats: PAL DV (4:3), PAL DV (16:3), PAL DVD (4:3) and (16:3), PAL VCD and SVCD, PAL MPEG1 / 2 and 2HD, WMV, WMV HDPAL, WMV Pocket PC, Smartphone WMV, MPEG-4 ipod, MPEG-4 PSP / PDA / PMP / cellphone
I know that it might with effort, but maybe someone can still pity on me and briefly explain what the different formats are used? Ok, Smartphone and mobile phones is almost of itself, but what is with the others?

what program?
pal is the format for television. because there are "normal bild" 4:3 and widescreen 16:9.
is also here, after recording medium, the different sub-compact:
- Dv - for miniDV tapes or DV tapes, low compression
- Dvd - DVD quality
- VCD - Video CD - bad
- Svcd - super video cd - better for 90min movie cds but 2 are required for a useful quality to have.
wmv is windows media video - a codec of ms

Try it with a small test movie, whether the video portal of your choice 24fps video at 25fps or 30fps or 24fps converts maintains. If the frame is maintained, it leaves you just as has been filmed.
