Question: I nen the clip with 60 frames / sec is the 10 seconds long. I want to have to change the frame rate of 30 frames / sec and thus a 20 seconds clip. If the cut in the final or premiere cs4 possible? are there other options?

FC *: Mark Clip -> Modify / Speed / Percent 50%

Load Cinema Tools of Final Cut Studio: clip, then on "Conform" and select the appropriate frame rate.
