Hello people!
Can someone explain to me why the following happens: I click in Adobe Premiere 5 to "next frame". It shows me so the next SHARP frame of video, but only for 1 second. Because then it is blurred - it looks as if it were to mix with the previous or next frame. I would like to export but individual images, which is thus rendered impossible because everything is blurred!
Can I disable this somehow? Why this happens at all?

Right-click in the Program Monitor setting. Does it look normal now?

Thanks for the quick reply! 've Tried it and at first seemed to change nothing. I do not know why, but now when I select the right or left in Picture video effects "motion" is selected, the picture is displayed sudden sharp!
Problem is thus solved! Thank you!

Of course, too early happy! The work area, it is now though sharp, is selected when "motion", but can export the frame is blurred again! There must be a way that it can be quite "normal" export!
Does anyone know ne solution?

Wenns situation remains, what material, of which cam is in the timeline?

that seems to be disabled. Maybe because I use progressive material? Is HD footage (1440x1080, 25p) of a Sonyim MPEG format.
