Hi Manou,

if you get stills from a video want to pull out, then your new high resolution camcorder can film. Corresponding Consumer formats would be HDV or AVCHD, professional format, for example, XDCAM HD or DVCProHD.

In many cases, but you would have a problem with the video technology to do: Skip the procedure. What this is, you can read in Wikipedia. For this reason, your future progressive camcorder can record, so instead of half full. This would form the basis for reasonable stills from video recordings created. (You may wonder, however, do not expect, because a camera is not a camera).

Next, you need a computer on which the recordings can be transferred, as well as a video editing program, with each format can handle.

The last step would be to import the video recordings to locate the desired scene and save a still of the current recording position.
