I would like my material to make frames in photoshop to spend Durt various changes and join then the whole back into a film.

Much earlier, before "CS", there was an export in Premiere, "as a filmstrip," which opened in Photoshop graphic as a contact sheet. Although I occasionally worked with Premiere on the calculator from a friend, but just can not tell you whether it ever so exist.
