Fundamental problem with editing programs on my PC

Hi!
I'm on my PC Avid Liquid 7.2 and in earlier times, nor the Pinnacle Studio 10 installed. Everything up until a few days without any problems works ...
Current Issue: Place the video in the timeline -> wants to play there ---> runs one seconds and hangs.
Both in Liquid as synonymous in the studio! Has the intervention of anything with graphics card? Have a week ago made a very easy job for a customer. ... I do not know which is suddenly s.was! ... Have actually changed nothing s.irgendwelchen settings.
(PC: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300, 2.5 GHz, 2 GB RAM)

When I look at the example. Avi file using the example Windows Media Player or VLC player it works!
