Cam above could be a super price. As far as we are now is not entirely clear: Can the PD1 - next to your HDV mode synonymous quite "normal" DV (50i) recording and playback, and thus synonymous already recorded DV tapes (SD) of another DV Cam play and via Firewire to your PC, spend?

The PD1 is
not HDV mode. It always draws an SD signal. There is only the possibility of different resolutions for the internal processing and use, there is also shooting for 4:3, 16:9, 50i, 25p and synonymous 50p.
DV can be recorded and PD1 that are synonymous DV recordings to other devices of stem. A transfer of DV via firewire to the PC is also possible.
