Hey everyone!

I have (possibly) a very meticulous question.
Not that I am wrong, I would not know what that means gain (hehe). My question is what exactly does the EX-1 actually at-3db Gain?
One would think that but no gain at 0db signal amplification takes place. So what makes for the Cam-3db?
What are the advantages and disadvantages with this are (up to the fact that the picture is darker ... lol)

0dB is only one reference point of the set Sonywillkürlich for this model range. Therefore one could synonymous-6dB to offer choice and move the 0dB reference point to go there, where was previously the +3 dB value ;-)

I would always recommend to stay at-3dB, if the picture is underexposed, for here is the noise s.geringsten.

Every signal coming from the image sensor out, must be strengthened forever. Where to sit down because the 0dB point is merely a question of whether there are noise and image brightness in a meaningful relationship.
