I have for my project the size 640x480 elected. I want an animated gif format 320x240 s.Ende have. I know that I have a .3 gpp file format which can export. But I need a GIF. Is this somehow with Premiere?

New Project-> Custom Settings> Edit Mode> Desktop> the desired parameters.
