I have for my project the size 640x480 elected. I want an animated gif format 320x240 s.Ende have. I know that I have a .3 gpp file format which can export. But I need a GIF. Is this somehow with Premiere?

Since my project stage but is 640x480 and the pictures in the frames but a size of 320x240, I have on stage left and right black.
