I use the video data set (LED ring beams) on special reflective material.
The key is now quite good, however, arises in the shade (eg, if the presenter moves his arms, and so the shadow falls on his clothes) synonymous transparency on the shadow.
Does anyone know why this is and what you can do about it?

Typically, retroreflective material should not diffuse reflections. Could it be that the scene is illuminated in general too little - maybe more light helps so that the shadows are not as strong.

This is already clear, since from the perspective of the camera is yes, then the background is lighter or darker, resulting in the adjustment of the aperture.

One can use the Aperture manual but synonymous - that is on the EX3 this magical switch "Iris" directly s.Lens, must be brought into the position "manual". Then you can adjust the aperture ring of hand. This is the very thin ring, which is milled zahnradartig continuously, has no leverage off and is very close to the body of the camera.
Caution: If you make the aperture too much on, then the background will outshine the subject in the foreground.
