Infoseite // Green line in the picture above to export from Avid

Frage von Vincent:

Dear Forum,

has anyone of you have views of the problem is one that appears when you export from Avid quicktimes of a disturbing green line, see above the screen?
I was so far in the version of Xpress Pro 5.2 always with rendered effects, now I have Media Composer 2.5 and as it emerges from any type of export. Slowly I am afraid that this might have something to do with the fact that I am not an Intel processor, but using Athlon (Dual Core 4400) and no Nvidia graphics card, but Matrox Parhelia avpe. However, I think both of the better options and they would rather keep.
So, has anyone of you have had time and somehow got a grip? Is in fact very annoying when you exported 16:9 material to DVD to make it ne way and then a thick green line goes through the Picture.

Thanks for help

Vincent

To my knowledge, this is a Avid error. I will indeed not too far from the window, however, reject a friend of me, his character Professor of Media Design, told me exactly when I saw him on this issue with Xpress 5.7. pointed out.

An Athlon-problem, it should be in any case, because I also had the Parhelia with Intel CPU and still the green line.

2 weeks ago but have switched to MC 3.5 with new PCs have included two Nvidia FX cards and now no longer the green line. But I can not tell whether it is now s.den graphics cards or s.MC.

Avid Liquid renders only without borders in HDV or HD-Ready and out as needed, although synonymous smart, if 1080 is set instead of s.sich already given default value 1072nd

Only to my understanding: When exporting as a Quicktime Reference file is likely, therefore, the green line only in the rendered parts, such as CC, FX or transitions to be seen. But in spite Xpress was QTR export throughout the line of film beginning to end.

When referring to QTR but only to the original files, they should therefore synonymous with 1072 (HDV) have been captured.

And that is synonymous with SD? Because I had the problem with SD. Then the value needs to be amended to eg 574 pixels?

Who knows what exactly? Sure is probably just that there is no immaneter AVID error. My experience mar. of the problem lie some time back. As much as I remember, but they hung synonymous with each of the players used together (intergrierter even brought along codec or not). For some players, the green lines were erased automatically, while others again, was certainly quite a mysterious affair, and numerous attempts to isolate only finally disappeared with various updates and various software, including the graphics card.

Hi,

I think to remind me that they have already read it once in a contribution, it was about AVID Problem with importing materials. The workaround was to erstennen before the export of all traces of one Videomixdown and then only when the export to QT Ref.

Hello!
you have a preview monitor with underscan function?
if so, enable views and check out the margins.
in fact, the green line should only be completely unsafe area visible. underscan without them may not be visible.
If all else fails, sometimes the material cropper there where the line emerges.
for me the line appears only in underscan.
when all the knitting, tear to cry at times Videocation in munich. long for Dieter Baumann. who has the plan in a bag and provides a solution.
