Hi,
as additional data safe, I cut my HD video on DV tapes.
For the last time stopped at a video recording which is already under 29 seconds.
While the video lasts 5 minutes.
I had done nothing different than usual
Even then, the following videos could be without the above-described problem on DV secure.
Why does that not in this video?

Look at times the working area of the sequence. It is produced by the markers above the defined timeline. When the output is only the working area is exported, regardless of the length of the clip. Maybe what has been adjusted here in the clip that stops prematurely.

I had the same problem when playing back on a Canon XH A1 with the error on the camera display "Check HDV / DV Input". The recording process has each between three and five minutes just stopped.
Apparently, the latest update for CS3 workaround for this problem. I have unfortunately not yet able to test yourself:
