I have recently acquired a HDC-HS300. The HD standard is so new for me. Mir is the structure of the files on the SD Card is not entirely clear. While I find my movies and photos, but why are all the files and folders? Unfortunately, the manual is silent about it. Since my notebook directly contains an SD slot, I copy the movie files directly to my HD and then editing it with Magix. Is it useful to work via USB of the action too?
Thanks for some helpful tip's!

Copy and always secure the material from the camcorder! Work better on the disk itself is not the camcorder
