What are the differences of HDVSplit and CapDVHS?
My goal is the transfer of individual scenes of my Canon XH A1 on my PC and edit in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.
What a program can do what others can not, or is it simply no preference which program you use?

CapDVHS is the ancestor of all HDV freeware tools and capture of a Japanese was originally designed for the digital mpeg2 VHS system.
Take HDVSplit prefer that dominates the scene synonymous separation and is overall much more modern

Saves some disk space and some video programs come with MPEG-2-HDV cope, but not with MPEG-2 transport streams.
However, it can be synonymous to Programs combine HDVSplit for dubbing - when necessary CapDVHS unpacked synonymous subsequently existing transport streams.
